ePTFE sheet and cut gaskets

SEAL TITLE® ePTFE sheet is made from 100% PTFE under very specialized process and control. Its microstructure in
multi directional expansion made it versatile product for sealing applications. It gives tight sealing at low or high loads. It is a soft, pliable and flexible sheet. It can be cut easily in any shape of a gasket and use for installation. The exceptional malleableized structure of expanded PTFE can adapt sealing surfaces, compensate for the damaged sealing surfaces and seals them at very low stresses. Ready cut gaskets of any size are available according to customer need.

Application

SEAL TITE® ePTFE sheet and cut gaskets has excellent thermal and
chemical resistance. Due to this, it is widely used inalmost all industries
for static applications. It can be used for chemical, pharma and food
processing equipment’s, distilling process, pulp and powder generation
processing equipment, chemical reactors, hydraulic, pneumatic and
water systems. It is suitable for stress-sensitive connections and much
more application.

100% pure PTFE without any fillers and pigments.
pH 0-14 (except molten alkali and elemental fluorine)
Temperature ranges -60 °C to +260°C
Pressure ranges from Vacuum to 200bar (depending on installation situation)
Density 0.8 gm/cc (+ 0.1)

Standard Sizes

Sheet: 1.5mtr width x 1.5 mtr length x 0.5mm — 6mm thickness.
Cut gaskets: customized sizes in any profile available as per customer need.
